An exciting opportunity has arisen for social workers to work within our well established adult community team, which deliver services to achieve the best outcomes for adults and older people who have care and support needs.

It is essential that you have a clear understanding of the Care Act and the Local Authorities statutory duties and are a dynamic, innovative and committed person, willing to consider all possible options, working with external stakeholders, service users and their families, as well as colleagues within local authority.

For an informal discussion about these posts please contact Liz McKenna and Aidan Phillips on 2774591.
