£17,072 - £18,746 per annum, pro rata
37 hours per week.
You will be working within an enthusiastic team of people primarily enforcing Parking Regulations through the issue of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). The role will involve working outdoors in all weathers covering all terrains and walking up to 10 miles per day.
You will need to be assertive, polite and able to remain calm and professional in all dealings with members of the public and also to keep accurate notes.
Experience of working in an enforcement environment as well as a customer service background would be advantageous.
Posts available include shift working and non-shift working.
