This is an exciting but challenging opportunity to join a high performing but demanding Operational HR team in the role of HR Assistant. This is a newly created development role which will assist succession planning within the team as well as providing an excellent entry level career opportunity or possibly assist someone wishing to take the next step on the HR career ladder.
In addition to providing general support to the HR team, the successful candidate will support a wide range of HR duties including: case work, service reorganisations, job design and evaluation, training design and delivery, policy research and development as well as providing guidance on employment practice.
To apply for this role you will need to be confident, customer focussed, able to communicate with a wide and varied audience, have a flexible approach to work, able to meet challenging deadlines and have a good academic background in HR/OD studies.
